I wonder if the bacteria knowingly runs or if it is random motion?

The big one is the neutrophil blood cell going after the tiny bacteria.
Phagocytosis: means to eat up or devour something. So the blood cell is defending our body by getting rid of the bacteria.

Then someone comes and say there is no creator.. Is this by coincidence?
