I'd say both Key Biscayne and Fisher Island have that Country club lifestyle without them actually being officially labeled a country club. There may be other areas in Miami but those two are definitely it.

Key B is the nicest city in Florida hands down

We get plastic surgery together we neglect our children together we keep the poors out together we get wine drunk and crash golf carts together we don't speak English together and swim in sewer water together

It's an amazing place, we go there a lot. I would add that there is a toll, its just automated now via sunpass/ toll by plate cameras.
