I say you should exempt people below the tax bracket from paying vat, value added tax because they don't earn enough to pay tax. Food is one of the most important and expensive things for poor people to buy. Everyone deserves the right to decent nutritional food

McCain isn't fundamentally wrong, since spending less combined with tax reduction does mean less problems than most solutions, but improving efficiency of current programs to reduce cost without reducing taxes should improve the country better.

I think that many members of the current Congress should watch how an intelligent debate is done. But, I don't think it will ever happen with the yo-yos in Congress today.
