I wouldn't I need some help because I paid somebody to add the channel then and fix the packaging and he didn't do nothing and now the channels are not even working in the packagings are not working the movies are not working

So how do I create a stream source.. Say I had a friend broadcasting a channel in Canada I'd like to see, how would I capture that stream to put into xtream ui? I'm thinking he would hafto connect a video capture card on his end but from there I'm stuck. Can he broadcast that to the net and simply apply a url into xtream? How would I go about doing that?
