Coffee?
ОтветитьJust woke up and feel depleted so that just helped.
ОтветитьWow, this video nearly gives me anxiety, reminds me of my old days of where my pantry looked like a Supplement Pharmacy, a long regime of what to take and when with how much etc.. And still sick!
Ever since going carnivore almost two years ago, I ditched 100% of ALL of that useless (to me) crap and am now feeling better than ever!!
It’ll be very hard for anyone to push any supplements on me ever again.
Just good locally sourced meat that I butchered myself, with plenty of Salt and spices, eggs here and there and that’s it!
And if I’m sick, I go with essential oils and other plant remedies and natural approaches..
I am sooo done with all these complex processes and supplements, a never ending money burning machine no different than big pHarma!
Just my opinion being in this system for enough time to see what it is..
Even better stop breathing, stops oxidation...
ОтветитьGreat information! I see changes in my liquid consumption happening asap!
ОтветитьI noticed that the more water I drank at the beginning of my weight loss journey, the more cramps I started getting. My doctor pushed 80 + oz per day.
Ответить@drashleylucas - do you recommend taking Electrolyte Plus instead of Ultima? I’ve been taking Ultima to help me with headaches and cramps.
ОтветитьI read iron is bad in excess. I'm eating a higher protein diet right now and was concerned increasing meat consumption might overload my iron intake.
ОтветитьI've ordered your other newly released product - GlucoCut +. Can/Should I take this product too. Or, one or the other? (I am a PhD member on the program)
ОтветитьZinc is good in the correct amounts, harmful if taken in high dose.
ОтветитьIs it better to do these in the morning or night? Basically what time of day?
ОтветитьThank you for this informative video. Can we order if not a resident of the US?
ОтветитьYour electrolyte powder has ascorbic acid, is this the kind that is not absorbed as you mentioned?
ОтветитьSupplements
ОтветитьGreat information! Loved the video. I can't wait to buy your new My Electrolyte Plus.
ОтветитьNow I know why I feel so crappy. Ordered some Plus to try. Thanks 🌻
ОтветитьHow does this compare to Ultima which you have recommended earlier? What is the cost difference?
ОтветитьHi, I’m a PhD client in the maintenance phase. I had to search high & low for unflavored electrolytes. The Ultima was too sweet for me. Now I see that your electrolyte formula is also flavored. I hope you’ll consider releasing an unflavored formulation. I prefer not to feel like I’m drinking Kool-aid.
ОтветитьGreat information! Thank you.
ОтветитьI really hope your channel totally blows up because you're a great voice in the health and weight loss community. I really enjoy your videos. Thanks for all the info! I've got your book in my Amazon cart and can't wait to buy it and read it!! 🎉
ОтветитьWithout water, your body cannot process fats. Plan and simple. If you don’t know that, you probably shouldn’t be teaching people about weight loss.
ОтветитьIn an emergency, drink pickle juice! My grandmother taught us this. I also keep coconut water in the house. Don't forget Magnesium helps bridge sodium and potassium and shepherds the other electrolytes into the cell.
ОтветитьUnfortunately you do not ship to Canada 😢
ОтветитьI really enjoyed your video, but I have only watched the short ones, I suffer from extreme anxiety. So I can't watch the long one.
ОтветитьHelpful...my blood pressure has been too low. Plus I have been drinking too much water.
So now more salt, magnesium and vitamin b complex.
Thank you cause I was also feeling dizzy, headaches and low energy and my heart seemed to be beating differently even though I have afib.
Good morning, Dr. Ashley! My drink of choice is water because it’s refreshing and I prefer the taste to any other beverage. Since I have been significantly reducing my carb intake, I have taken to adding a few shakes of iodized salt to my water throughout the day. I actually enjoy the taste of it. Additionally, I have been taking potassium (99mg) and magnesium (250 mg) supplements rather than investing in electrolyte mixes. Am I giving my body what it needs for now? I will eventually start using electrolytes in my water, but I’m trying to introduce changes gradually. I am closing in on 65 years of age in a couple months, with multiple goals in mind by making the switch to low/very low carb intake. After a lifetime (since the age of 10) of overweight, then obesity, I am hoping to lose weight. I also desperately want to silence the cravings that lead to overeating. Eating this way has shown me that that is certainly doable. But I was also recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis, predominately in my hands, the worst in my right hand. Yes, I am right-handed, and the pain has been pretty intense. Multiple blood panels have ruled out RA and other autoimmune issues, thankfully. So, I guess I would like to know two things: 1. Is my method of hydrating giving me what I need? And 2. Can I expect the results I’m seeking by greatly reducing carbs, while increasing protein and healthy fats?
And one additional thing, I am considering adding a bovine-based collagen powder to my daily regimen. Like, 1 scoop a day in my morning coffee, giving me a bit more protein in the morning along with a high protein breakfast, usually eggs. Could this mitigate my joint pain?
Thank you SO much for your help! It seems you have found your calling, and I’m glad I found you!
Butter: Although some brands taste good, eating a cube or stick or two probably wouldn't be a good choice.
ОтветитьThis is useful information. How many milligrams are in the vitamin C you have in your electrolyte mix? I ask because I am interested, however, I wear a FreeStyle Libre 2 diabetic sensor and cannot have more than 500 milligrams of C each day.
ОтветитьMy daughter is a ballerina…she’s been dancing for 7 years. She uses liquid iv….is this a good electrolyte supplement?
ОтветитьI do drink electrolytes but it doesn't help. And if I add even more electrolytes, then it messes up my sleep. So I don't know what to do.
ОтветитьI make sole water with real salt from Utah. I like it and put 2 Tbsp in my water at least once a day.
ОтветитьWow so many trolls. Good info. I will have 1 electrolytes plus water day because of this episode
ОтветитьI had a hip replacement.
I had to blood work panels, and both came up low sodium
I drink about 3 liters of water a day I have always drank lots water.
I eat only whole foods leafy greens and vegetables avocado 🥑 nuts almonds walnuts eat apples 🍎 orange Daly b complex vitamins magnesium citrate vit d out side alot New Mexico and apple cider vinegar. What do youthink
I use Sea Salt + Pink Himalayan salt with a dash of lemon and lime juice, laced with ACV and topped off with Spring carbonated water. I have even gone as far as mixing in freshly brewed ground coffee once cold, and it surprisingly tastes quite refreshing.
It tastes even better when chilled.
I have recently even gone as far as dropping in a dissolvable electrolyte tablet in the above concoction, and again, it was very tasty.
And before the question flooded in - yes, I use a straw to avoid the ACV bathing my teeth in acid, even though it has been diluted.
