It’s a DUST COVER! If it’s not broke, don’t fix it!
ОтветитьOmg lmao
ОтветитьBuys a $300 ar...puts $1000 worth of crap on it...still cant shoot
ОтветитьSuch a non issue
Ответить"It's immoral to let a sucker keep his money". -Magpul, probably
ОтветитьThat dustcover doesn't look like it fits very well. Big gap on the left.
ОтветитьMagpul really did awesome with this one 👏, the amount of time and frustration saved by the design of this is worth the extra few bucks for sure!
ОтветитьWhy would u want that plastic piece of shit on your rifle lol
ОтветитьMy basic dust cover just as good
ОтветитьPolymer ? Duck that
ОтветитьHoly crap, unbelievable. I have sausages for fingers and can't even pick up that c clip with them, much less trying to get it on that little bitty shaft. I am not even close to lying when I say I have built over 35 AR's and have lost 75 of those clips. I love you Magpul.
ОтветитьMagpul didn’t simply anything, they just stole the design from Strike industries.
Ответить😮😮😮😮😮
Ответитьstrike industries did this before magpul
ОтветитьBwahahaha, I love when "gunsmiths" post these informative videos.
ОтветитьStrike Industries was first, I love both them and Magpul gear
ОтветитьWho takes their dust cover on and off enough to warrant this? The ar15 has roll pins for a reason,it's a military rifle. U want it updated to use screws go ahead but thats not an improvement. Ask aero precision about that😂
ОтветитьJust like putting toilet paper on the dispenser.
ОтветитьThese aren’t good. Let me elaborate: After exposure to extreme cold weather 30 and below) the polymer that holds the detent will expand when temperatures return to normal 70 ish degrees and the detent will fall out leaving the dust cover open and unable to be closed. This happened to all 6 that I’ve bought so far. I’d stick with the milspec metal covers going forward.
ОтветитьThis guy sucks
ОтветитьIs it better? Does anyone get an upper without a standard cover? Maybe if you got a stripped upper. I don’t see too many people discarding a steel on for that.
ОтветитьFalls off easy too.
ОтветитьIf you live in Illinois, you cannot purchase one of those.
ОтветитьJeez what a reach. Literally never had an issue with a stupid dust cover
ОтветитьHow light is it?
ОтветитьStrike industries has had these forever
ОтветитьDude
ОтветитьThis is great for people who aren't capable of handling the intense strength of the tiny spring you need to install a dust cover
ОтветитьWhy?
ОтветитьDo they make them in FDE?
ОтветитьI use FCD anodized green EPC. Dust covers arent hard to install my guy. Neither is the hotpocket both are easy to use and coincidentally take me about the same time to install. Magpul dust covers are just for lazy people.
ОтветитьBest dust cover ever bought.
ОтветитьWell... things that go on easily often come off easily.
Ill stick with the original.
Ya, all those silly roll pins and springs and dohickys and what nots. Who needs em anyways?😂
ОтветитьYou're late to the game my friend I have had them in all my AR's since 6 or 7 years Lots of different companies have been making those types of dust covers for many years.
Ответитьyeah, i could see this for a build. the design seems handy and easy to install. i don't know about replacing one unless it's got problems with it.
ОтветитьJust added that to my blackout defense. No issues.
ОтветитьGreat job but you did installer it wrong
Ответить“It’s plastic” anddddd I’m just gonna slide past that video
ОтветитьThey are nice but my regular ones never miss. Idk
ОтветитьIt took a company this long to copy the toilet paper dispenser at my house?
ОтветитьNow make it in colors😮
ОтветитьI love you Popo! Fantastic video as always!
ОтветитьIdk Prob the easiest part to install on an AR.
ОтветитьGreat we have a solution. Unfortunately we lack a problem 😅
ОтветитьFor those saying “mil spec works”. Yes. They work. But let’s just say you’re building a rifle from the ground up. Let’s say you put together your barrel and receiver with a handguard and you forgot to add the dust cover…
Welp. Not a problem. Slap on one of these. It’s just an easier process. Like drop-in triggers vs mil spec that can be trickier to install.
It’s just tiny innovations that make the final product that much better.
Great another point of failure when overheated
ОтветитьSaywwr
ОтветитьWhat optic ya running
ОтветитьWhy???
