What is the little orange coloured pump for? Mine is broken. Looks to be for the detergent?

Greetings from Canada. I have the same unit the problem I'm having is no coffee is coming out of the line it keeps wanting to Prime the machine but the water only goes into the tray and the bottom. however if I select hot water it will come out just fine. I know one of the seals inside so far needs to be replaced where the coffee gets compacted. Any suggestions?

How to exchange seals because I'm trying to get to part and seems like I have to take off everything to get to the seals...

I need to replace the gaskets in the thermoblock/heating element. How do you get to that part?

I did something kind of stupid. I entered the service menu and hit recalibrate puck size, not realizing that it would require the machine to be disassembled and for me to somehow procure a standardized puck to put in the chamber. Afterward, the machine still seems to work even though I never inserted a puck, but can anyone explain how this setting behaves or how to procure a standardized puck?
