You usually find the VIN on the Motor somewhere. Not sure where but an old friend of mine, a Sargent with the Police, told me about that. I haven't seen him in years so the info may be out of date. Dang, that was almost 29 or 30 years ago. In 1994 or 1995. I feel old. We all called him Skippy. I believe his real name was Jim.

Wow,, WHAT HEROES!! They stopped MARIJUANA users! You know- the ‘drug’ legal in many States and European countries! Thank God our tax dollars are ridding these vile criminals from our streets.

That dog hit on the car before the officer even gave it the command to search. I use to work a narcotics K9, and 99% of the time, that dog was working the min you got out of the car to search. They know what needs to be done, so that's why you really need to pay attention to your dog because it can happen that quick. A good handler will pick that up, just like this officer did. It took him longer to get the dog out of the car, get a leash on him, and walk him over...sniff.- Alert - done. However, I would have still walked that dog around just in case he alerted to a completely different area. Either way, it was an alert and now for some hands-on searching.
