6 years Daniel Jones has ruined the team. I'm not sure that he won't be back for a 7th year either. This is the best he has ever played. So if they haven't gotten rid of him before now then why would they now? John Mara must think he is an amazing qb. He probably wants Barkley back lol.

Daniel Jones is a nice guy. He tries really hard. He's really committed to be good. Problem as an athlete you have a talent ceiling. I believe Daniel has reached that ceiling. Sadly that's not good enough. BTW.. Justin is right, the Giants have no room for error, and as Bobby says, Jones was late throwing the ball. Perhaps he doesn't process his passes fast enough ?

i want to make this clear, jones has been bad all year, he consistently struggles with hitting receivers in stride and on target, this is a QB issue, point blank period

Without even looking at schedule we are probobly a 5 win team at worst and 8 win team at best. Thats the kind of season we are having, no sense in whining about it.

I had to leave one of your competitors because of the DJ hate thing. I don’t think Daniel Jones is the answer, I don’t think Daniel Jones is the future, but Daniel Jones is playing pretty well. The primetime thing is sort of like a hitting slump or something. Like we just gotta get one and then it’ll be over. There’s nothing to really even analyze about it. But anyway, you guys don’t have it as bad as the other channel that I left, but there is sort of a comparison to the people who hate Daniel Jones that’s kind of like the people who hate Trump. There’s a derangement syndrome associated with it. The DJ derangement syndrome. I agree he didn’t play his best ball last night and he threw a stupid pick. But he played OK. Against Seattle. He played lights out. And he’s basically been above average since the Minnesota game. I feel like we’re not discussing what the real issue is when we just scream bench Daniel Jones. This is what I think the problem is and maybe you guys could give me some insight on this, when we are total underdogs playing on the road, nobody expects us to win, you know where there’s a lot of adversity, Brian Daboll schemes up these awesome creative game plans and the offense executes it. That’s what we did against Seattle. And then last night it just looked like we lost our focus, it looks like we thought it might be easy or something, I mean, I’m sure they were prepared but prepared with what? Daniel Jones has proved that he is an above average quarterback, who can execute a game plan when given a good one. He is not now nor will he ever be a top tier quarterback. But as Colin cowherd said, “he is a servicable quarterback” and I agree he’s serviceable, but more importantly he’s the best we have right now. There’s no one on the bench whos gonna execute the game plan better. So can we stop talking about “bench Daniel Jones”, and start talking about some of the other things, because we now have a good offensive line we have top three defenses in football. They’re fucking great. We have a quarterback who can execute a game plan. Give him one. Last night was uninspiring in terms of play calling. Everybody knew going into this season that we were playing for next year. I mean, there’s always hope that you might be the surprise team but by week three we knew we weren’t. But we have a crazy good defense. I think things will be different when Nabers and Singletary come back.thoughts?

So I assume playing 2 deep safeties doesn't automatically mean poor run defense or teams wouldn't do it. So why are we successful in those scenarios?

Sad, this is Jones' prove it year, and so far he hasn't done so. Replacing Jones seems like a certainty right now, but there are no easy choices to get that done. Then, with the Giants' luck, Jones will go to another team and be the next Sam Darnold.

DJ did pick a horrible day to have a bad game but I wasn't feeling a lot of Dabs' gameplanning.

Why did we come out shooting with like 4 or 5 straight passes and never take anything outside that was there. The 2nd and 2 QB sneak was a weak call. There were some good calls by Dabs game plan in general was pretty weak. We got Daniel Jones back there, not Josh Allen.

Daniel Jones continues to keep this team hostage because of his contract, he continues to do just enough to survive, but it's time to sit him down and give the other guys a chance to see what you got for the future. Let's see what Drew Lock can do, give him a try for a few games so we can see what we got behind DJ.

I would like to know why the Giant will not throw to their tight ends? I mean the Giants are all about getting tight ends they have some good people at this positions why not throw to your tight end in short yardage over the middle. you have a big frame receiver that can handle the CB. The Giant just don't use the tight ends only as blockers to me this is just crazy and what as waste. I blame Daboll because he is the head coach and play caller. DJ is limited I believe Daboll is not calling a very good game. ever play the Giant are going two wide receiver you're not fooling anyone.

I love Hyatt, if he had a mobile QB he would putting up HUGE numbers. When D Jones went down last year, Tyrod had him looking elite. All problems route back to Daniel Jones.....
