Tulcea - the last big city before the Danube delta

I was looking for boat rides everywhere, no luck. I called every boat owner in Tulcea... nothing. In the end I asked my way around and eventually I found a captain that would take me. I'll be part of a group and a 10 hour trip tomorrow cost me 40 Euro. Plus I need to bring money for a fish lunch in one of the villages.
