How many times does Dominica need to sign to build one airport? What’s is being signed & what for? There needs to be more transparency as it’s so confusing. Countries have been building airports from time & memorial. Are any of these documents available for the public to view?

I'd disagree with the digital currency aspect. If digital currency is centralized, it's a scam. That's when the govt controls your dollars (which is always the case if you own a bank account). Decentralized digital currency (blockchain) assets are the greatest hedge for value in a bear market and withstands inflation better than other asset classes (besides Real Estate, ofc).
