NAEP Oral Reading Fluency Study: Passage Tutorial

This video walks viewers through the passage reading task given to students in the 2018 NAEP Oral Reading Fluency Study. Students were asked to read four passages aloud and to answer a “yes/no” passage meaning question about each passage. This task measures students’ ability to read aloud connected text with appropriate rate, accuracy, and expression.
