ОтветитьSo I have had neck and arm issues for years. For some reason that exact spot always "hurts" when I have a flare up. In the situation you are describing, is there also local pain where that blue thing was on the dummy? I roll a lacrosse ball on it, not sure if it helps.

ОтветитьCan't tell you how many clients of mine "stretch, stretch, and stretch" but never seem to get relief. Switching that mindset to find potential weaknesses and work on strength training does wonders.

ОтветитьWhen I am stressed my right shoulder elevates and stays there until I notice and have to tell myself to relax. I have bad neck pain and limited shoulder mobility. It caused tennis elbow in my right arm too. I went to PT for a while and it helped but it's starting to come back.

ОтветитьI've got degenerative disk in my back. But now I'm getting tingling and slight numbing behind my neck. This is a repetitive stress injury from my left job years ago. The left shoulder of my neck feels tight and tender. Sometimes if I turn my head left at just the right angle, I feel a sharp stabbing pain travel from my shoulder to my neck to the back of ear to my forhead. It's hurts so bad. For a few minutes I get dizzy and light headed. It feels like a migraine. Sometimes I get really tired and my fingers twitch. I then get weak, dizzy, and nauseous. I feel like puking. I need to get some xtays or a mri done.

ОтветитьSo I been lifting weights, my shoulder has been hurting for 3 weeks now, when I got to the lift hand after tucking shoulder blade I felt a loud pop and pain has gone away I can lift my arm up again!!! Can’t wait to hit gym Tuesday to see results

ОтветитьThank you! For the last one, where am I supposed to feel it? I feel like my neck tried compensating and idk if that’s a good thing. And my hands felt a bit of numbness and tingly, is that normal?
ОтветитьIf this is my issue, does this include weakness when lifting heavy things and hard to lift my arms above my head until they pop and feel slightly better but once i put my arms down they hurt and pop again
