African Malawi Cichlids streamed live 24x7 from Atlanta, GA. These are high alkaline, hard-water fish from a large lake system found in southeast Africa. They spend most of their time among the rocks of Lake Malawi nibbling on algae. Despite their vegetarian diet they are a highly territorial fish. Keeping them in a "high population" tank like this keeps tension low and prevents a single bully from singling out any one lesser fish.
