I was a bouncer for years. The more drunk most people get the more they think they are not drunk or can convince people that they are not drunk. They don’t realize that stink of booze.

Her voice is a dead giveaway that she's drunk. Plus, slurred speech, waving her hands and arms all over, and not quite understanding things are just a few reasons why she's being arrested.
