how come no internal bleeding? could replace infected clip for that and get big slash ticks

I absolutely love the kuva chakkhurr its big hit is just so satisfying when you get head shots i just wish it had a altfire because its a tad boring lol i dont know why they realease so many weapons that are so basic when its image is super highteck space ninjas and so many guns look and play like something from call of duty ...
