ОтветитьI’m going to cook this I never made Haitian food before and I’m going to look for more recipes to cook for my special friend. He only eats Haitian foods so this will be my 1st time I hope he will like them crossing my fingers.

ОтветитьThank you cause I jacked mines up really bad. From the first fry to (not cooking it long) leaving it in the water , for the second fry, and it started to crumble. Fall Apart To Tiny Pieces.

Ответить😌 First thing you need to drain and Pat dry The plantains or anything you’re gonna put in that much oil that’s why it’s popping an splattering on you🤓 but I will try the green ones I’ve Only eaten fully ripened plantains, I guess that’s the difference between Haitian vs Latin recipe😉
