i really like ripped up iceberg lettuce mixed with lil mayo lots of crab meat i place a single slice of american cheese on a hamburger bun place a big scoop of lettuce mix on bun,, more the better,, cooks down bake 350 till lil browning on lettuce let cool my mom only puts a x shape slices of cheese on top of the burger we call them crab burgers is it a hit or a miss ??
