I am about to take my OSCE next month and I am just wondering if it is necessary to plot the numbers from the vital signs on the news chart? For example, if BP is 120/80 should I put the actual 120 and 80 or just a • (dot) will do it?

Hello....Thank you for your help. I'm registered nurse in Ghana and intend to use your techniques in your videos to pass my self sponsored OSCE soon especially living in a WHO red listed country. I'll be glad if you can do a video on the various charts used in the OSCE. They're quite different from what we use here. I'm not alone..... Thanks
