Hey - Excellent video. How does any decide the price of their token or how do they equate it to price of Ethereum? So if Ethereum is 4000 USD - do you say that for 4000 USD (or 1 ETH) you get 4000 MyOwnToken, which means MyOwnToken is valued at 1$?

Can you also say that for 1 ETH you get 100000000000 MyOwnToken?

IS there anything stopping you from pricing MyOwnToken at 1$ or fraction of a cent?

There’s a lot of prerequisites you have to already know to be able to follow along. Everyone thinks that they can jump right in but that’s not the case. If you’re not familiar with programming you will stumble a lot. Just because he made a walkthrough doesn’t mean it’s all inclusive. You need to be familiar with coding patterns and other fundamentals. This is trivial to follow along for people who are familiar with programming. So, proceed with caution and don’t waste your time banging your head. This is basically him promoting his business where he tickles your interest but then you most probably would end up having to rely on his services if you want to. This is not a bad practice, it’s actually a very constructive practice where he offers a starting point for free and then you decide what you want next like maybe using his services if it’s not your cup of tea. But in this process you get a free tutorial. It’s how it works like it or not.
