In this Workshop, we'll discuss

• Why a small business needs them
• What limitations businesses are most likely to encounter
• How to enforce contracts when issues arise.
𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥: Steve O'Donnell, PhD, Registered Patent Attorney
𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗕𝗜𝗢: Steve moved from his home state of Minnesota after college to get a Ph.D. From Penn State Hershey in Neuroscience. He then decided to avoid getting a job and went to Temple Law School. After that, he worked in federal antitrust law for a few years before opening a boutique patent law firm in Lancaster. Recently he closed that firm to join Saxton and Stump, one of the fastest-growing firms in Pennsylvania, where he is senior counsel in the intellectual property group.
