What the spokesperson is saying is that, ‘the amount of casualties endured by the resistance is a lot less than what would be expected in a war of this magnitude and the capability of the resistance to continue the fighting is high’. After watching the entire video I see that the spokesperson did indeed say that ‘alqassam brigades are clear that any attempt to rescue hostages will bring them out in coffins’. However the translation in the beginning wrongly referred to what I translated above.
