The Balyage gal should have flat ironed her hair first. Her hair was all over the place, no way you could get a uniform look. Her skin tone would pop with a cherry cola color.

8.19 ,the silly thing is she actually looks really pretty with more chestnut / dark copper hair as it looks gorgeous against her beautiful eyes.I never understand anyone with hair below chin length above repeatedly used dark,dark box dyes ..probably on top of bleach on their natural best black hair.THEN they slap a kit like this on like a seagull has looped on top of their head & somehow that expect to look like a golden haired Pre Raphaelite goddess..it isn't going to happen ! 😆

An apprentice in the UK is somebody who is in the process of getting their hair qualification but actively working in a salon a couple of days a week. Usually their jobs are things like rinsing hair, sweeping floors, taking payments, brewing up. Occasionally they may be allowed to do some practical work on clients but they’re usually heavily monitored by the actual stylist

Spraying some “Sun In” or a little lemon juice on their hair then going outside would have been far better than what these girls did to themselves.

I cannot contain myself and never comment on your videos. As a career colorist now in retirement for a bit (I can do some serious corrective work bar none). This first girl has got to be hands down THE WORST OF THE WORST I have ever seen in any of your videos. All I can say is the stuff she has done has clearly sucked out some brain cells becuz she seems seriously clueless. I've corrected some pretty serious botched color but this one by far is worse than anything I've seen but boy would I have loved the challenge to fix it! $$$ You look great Brad btw!!
