ОтветитьThe heat is because of linear regulation. Add a shotky diode on the +ve input. There is a 0.7v drop across the diode. Now the diode will get hot instead of the 4056.

或是用導熱矽膠片,不過導熱矽膠片通常需要緊壓 要用點力壓住 導熱才會好。

You could have used another heatsink on top instead of the acrylic sheet. Then setup a 80mm fan to blow on the bottom heatsink 😂

ОтветитьFirst thing I would do is stabilise and reduce the input voltage to the point that it can only just charge to the point it stops - a little over 4.2V input.
