What running injuries have you experienced?

Interesting topic and can get pretty complex. I know my left posterior chain leg mechanics are different from my right simply by evaluating my foot strike pattern via outsole rubber break down on the bottom of my running shoes. I have found that the strength and flexibility gained from practicing yoga and doing form drills regularly pair very well with running and injury prevention.

Just getting over 2 acute injuries! A month ago, fell and fractured a toe , and just as I’m recovered went trail running and twisted my ankle on a rock hiding under a pile of leaves. Talking about bad luck. First injuries I’ve had in years. Can’t wait to run again, but I am able to train on a spinner for now. Toe is doing great now, but ankle still very sore and purple.

I can't wait! I have already figured out what Nate is talking about! It's why I think the dynamic warmup is so important! Nate is so knowledgeable, and I can't wait to see what he has to share! 😃👌

I really DID have a recent calf strain come out of nowhere! Foam rolled every day, stretched after every run, strength trained the calves 2x weekly ... sometimes it's tough to find out what led to an injury
