Sir, i am derefering my studies my visa from sept 2022 to jan 2023 intake , because i have not yet received my ppr, so do i need to reapply my visa and caq(for quebec) and if not will my visa be valid for the entire duration of my studies?

Hello bro, my study is going to be completed on April 1, 2023 , and my caq will expire on April 15, 2023. Suppose if I don't get my completion letter before April 15, then I will not be able to apply for pgwp? Also, I can't make a request for my new caq as my study will be finished before expiring the former one.
