I'm certain that billionaires have a hoarder complex. They have tilted the playing field in their favour and are now capturing so much wealth. We need laws to stop this behaviour. But from where I sit we cant do anything meaningful about it because all the billionaires are American. The rest of the world needs America to enact laws to stop this, but the Republicans will continue to cant the 'Capitalist' chant even as billionaires scoop up their family home from under them. This is a problem that is out of control with no sight of control mechanisms to be found.
