That is a pitty!!! 😢 It maybe helps with words you already know, however, I need to see new words, otherwise they won’t stick to my mind. My strategy is to first listen, then again listen with the pdf, I pick the words I do not know and put then in my flashcard deck to repeat and learn. I cannot add them if I do not know how they are written… (It cost a lot of time to find the word in the dictionary then also since there are multiple ways to spell them with different accents on the letters)
For my the additional pdfs are extremely helpful for speaking better Czech with new words.
This will probably be good for intermediate learners, but some of us come to the podcast to mine vocabulary, and not having a transcript makes that harder.
It all depends on who your target audience is and what your goal is for that audience, I guess.
