A question about RNG manipulation, does it result in the catch rate always being exactly the same if you were to rebattle the same stationary pokemon? Assuming you interact with them on the exact same delay every time you start the battle.

I'm trying to catch shiny Heatran right now, and with 5+ reset and 500+ pokeballs I'm starting to think this seed is impossible to catch them on.
