Hard working people with mental health matters
and are working hard so their mental health issues are not impacting their work places,

are still being treated like pariah by their bosses and managements (public sectors jobs) who pretend to be wanting to help but in reality: just make matters worse by asking such workers to work harder, as more AI have come to the workplace (basically you need to produce more and more, with limited resources, now that AI have simplify some of your tasks- they forget that we are all are still human beings and not robots). Very sad state of affair. In their quest of wanting to help, they totally miss the point: pressure the workers so much that the help provided become a drowning chocking chain in the neck of the helpee 😢😢

We need structure to ensure the ethical guidelines and pillars of this legislation are being met.. institutions should also be required to evaluate these standards with by impartial committees and ethical boards and panels.. the billions of dollars need to serve more beneficial outcomes and should be more transparent in their practices
