ОтветитьI only got to 40 minutes but I actually attained mental quiet at that point. It's been challenging of late to quiet mental chatter, despite experimenting with mindfulness techniques over the past years. This is a good one! Thankyou for the powerful practice. I look forward to completing it soon :)

Ответитьthank you so much for this. i needed it. didn't know i have so much anger, frustration in my body, muscles. i cried. my muscles were shaking, i do feel a bit better now, i'm happy i did it (for an hour! wow. i haven't done so much yoga for such a long time). my body needs this, i need to release so much more. because it's so hard to go through all those emotions i don't do yoga that often anymore, but by knowing this now i will try to practice more. <3

ОтветитьNot for everyone. A nice practice, but I enjoy more flow in my practice. This practice was full of long hold poses - very slow moving. A nice practice if that’s what you enjoy.

I'm so thankful for the energy, the voice, the background music, and the nature that surrounded you, which for nearly an hour became my surroundings too. The sound of the birds during the eagle pose made me feel like I was part of their world. We are strong, and for that one hour, across different moments in time, we connected into a single consciousness.

ОтветитьI appreciate the sentiment of wisdom but too much talking imo. I can barely focus anyway 😂 and the constant talking throws me off. Much more effective with periods of silence.
