I wanted to make a command if a moderator uses ?kick and kicks 3 people within a 3 second time limit it takes there role away for protection

I have my commands written and they work, I just don't know how to keep them running when I don't have the tab open. I'm not sure if that's possible but if it is could you please lmk how. Thank you! :)

Edit: To be more specific, the commands don't work unless I'm on the custom commands page.

Edit 2: Nvm, I feel kinda dumb. Didn't realize closing the tab would allow them to run whenever lol.
