Build:
I'm going to keep this short since the gameplan is pretty simple: Focus on increasing your summon damage so Hydro Tulpa can benefit off his skill. For Hydro Tulpa their best artifact is Golden Troupe since he can get more use off our summons and charge burst faster. You want their teammates to provide summons and passive elemental application like Layla.
For other teammates you want Golden Troupe's Reward for the +1 buff to your summon damage. If you don't find Golden Troupe's Reward you can use defensive artifacts as substitute. Your team should be tanky enough to stall
so your summons can do all the damage.
