You should read the story behind this, it's kinda funny. Basically Kendra and her husband were memeing on stupid food trends and the one fictional food they kept saying/making fun of was "mapo chili mac" because it seemed like something some influencer would make up to get viral clicks, but then they made it one day and it actually fucks.

When I make a big pot of chili I freeze several portions. Nice and spicy. Take a portion out and use favorite noodle. Cook just under aldente. Forgive my spelling. Mix and eat. I love cheese so I do add cheddar on top of mine lots of it. And sourcream.
