Id STILL much rather have a LOFTy bedroom . I love the look and feel of comfort of a Loft . AND moonlights and watching stars at night . And THANK GOD theres NO snakes in NZ . We can open up windows at night snd not worry about snakes coming into the house . People forget that snakes do climb trees . And they get onto roofs that way and get inside . No thanks . I will only open my windows at night if i have a loft and im living in NZ . Too bad we still have mozzies to worry about . But id rather be bitten but mozzies that by a snake . I LOVE NZ ❤️

The stairs need railings for safety. Otherwise it’s brilliant.

What a lovely family and in my view the best design. Love the kitchen arrangement, hall and bathroom, and full height bedroom. I could not deal with the claustrophobic lofts which are fine for kids. Well done Bone family.

Just a question, how can you get out of the loft in case there is a fire? I don't wanna be a bad omen individual but things can happen, I knock on wood they will never happen.

Having a workplace close to home and school for your children is ideal! no stress, no queues in the middle of traffic. I would bring my house, my cats and dog everywhere I go!! fantastic space inside this tiny house.
