This horse is absolutely AMAZING! And of course the trainer as well. Incredibley laid back animal. It's not just about trust, the horse HAS to have the right disposition to remain so calm and relaxed when performing before a noisy crowd.

It is great skill that teaches this. But not near as much as great trust. There is a bond there built from such things most people have never experienced with an animal. That is where it all begins and ends. So beaautiful.

He's so rough with him. I've seen the behind the scenes methods trainers use to get this type of control, and based on how he signals the horse to comply, this guy's methods aren't gentle.

They are having so much fun. Enjoying each other’s company and doin this routine

You can teach a horse to do anything you can teach a dog. They have the same level of intelligence only the dog lives in your house so you interact with them more often. Try sleeping in your horse's stall and interacting with them all day and you will see a marked difference in viewing you more like a "mom" or "dad" like your dog sees you.

To train a horse like a doggy that's damn impressive

Some horses have to gallop or pull heavy loads when they go to work. Pokerjoe just gets to lay down. 😁

That is a lot of training and the horse works really hard - sweating. Remarkable!
