I have a jaw horse that I use in remodeling. Fantastic tool. Once you realize what it can do, you will find multiple uses it that you will not find on the videos. For example, You can get them for $179.00 at Lowes now. Well worth it the price.
ОтветитьFound my JawHorse at Sears on Sale for $84.00. Seems there are a couple of versions on the street. One that I found had a solid roller and had the plywood version clamp. Brought it home and immediately used it for holding Trax lumber for my new back stoop. My wife did not have come out even once to hold the lumber for cutting. Now I'm making my own accessories for the wonderful device including a welding bracket, Plywood work table out of melmar a pipe bracket, and using it for my metal vise by mounting vice on 2x6 bolted to 4x4 for quick mounting on the JawHorse. Best tool purchase this year. Thanks Rockwell.
ОтветитьIs this guy crazy, you can get a Rockwell jaw Horse for $79.00 retail
where does he get $ 200.00, get a clue pal !
Great review!
ОтветитьHe's right about the price. There are different versions. The Jawhorse is cheaper than the Sheetmaster. The Sheetmaster costs about $210 on Amazon because it can hold a full 4x8 sheet of plywood, which the original Jawhorse can't.
ОтветитьI really wish that reviewers would review tools that they've actually used. There are so many features with the Jawhorse that weren't mentioned.
ОтветитьThank you for showing me how it clamps material , from a 2x4 to plywood. And how break it down for storage.
