I had a guy I worked with at a factory that worked off piece work. The faster the more money, one day he came into work with his hands, the next I had to help him pick his fingers out of a 300T press. Its not so much employees taking risks. Its the company's POOR management. The owner puts pressure on people to get the job done, workers are so afraid of losing their jobs to lack of productivity they lose site of safety. Guess what cupcake, when your fingers or hands are lost in a machine. DO you think your employer is going to help you now? In 6 months? When your retired? Nope! The first thing your employer is going to do is hire a lawyer to tell you your faking your injury,
