Elderberry Glycerin Extract
Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons dried wild blueberries
• 1/2 cup dried elderberries
• 1/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup 100% vegetable glycerin
In a jar add your elderberries and wild blueberries. In another jar
mix water and glycerin. Mix the 2 jars together. Add a lid and
store the jar in the fridge. Shake the jar every day to every few
days for 1 month. After 1 month strain the berries out if you want. It
is best to strain it if you are using it for kids. Add the lid and store
it in the fridge for up to 6 months.
