I'm often asked what I eat in a day so here it is. I eat three meals and two snacks. Each meal includes:

Protein because it's the building block for every cell, tissue and organ in the body.
Carbs to replenish my energy stores.
Fat for vitamin absorption and hormone production.

I eat two fruits with breakfast and unlimited veggies with lunch an dinner. My two snacks are always high in protein and usually include Greek style yogurt.
