Amazing...instead of a polite clapping for a bogie, people are cheering them

I have never seen a better ad for a putter than this. One guy at the open with a lab, one win.

It still would've been an amazing win if he'd lagged it up close and tapped in for par. But now that putt will be in US Open highlight reels forever.

Not unlike Tiger, JJ has a diverse personal background. Which could well make him golf's new international icon.

Glad I wasn't watching this broadcast with these patronising commentators. I hope they listen to other broadcasts and learn how to commentate, for future tournaments...

Not for nothing but all PGA events should be played on courses with a difficulty level such as this one. It definitely makes Sunday more interesting.

All time performance, this is going to do incredible things for junior golf. Its adam scott in the rain, its jordan spieth at birkdale, this may be even more. For JJ to maintain and do what he did after that front nine, is an act of God im sure he deserved. Never will be forgotten, and im lucky enough to be writing this wearing a us open tee shirt i got when i was there for the first round, We as a community must never let this performance go un remembered

Golf, man. Golf. There's always a different story line that will touch your soul. This one was epic, as are so many others with lessons to learn for anyone. Stay centered, don't push too hard, accept adversity, and just keep on trying,

still trying to figure out why kevin kisner is broadcasting the US open, no major wins, a marginal PGA tour career, provides no insight (you can't when you've never won the big one, any of them) surely they can find a major winner that wouldn't sound like a hick good ole boy, and can provide some real insight into professional golf besides Georgia golf and drinking, is that what the game has come to?
