ОтветитьI absolutely loathe working out but I make myself do 3-4 different 5 minute videos at least 5x a week and can say that while results take longer to come, I feel so much better about myself. Even if you are not doing hour long workouts, doing just a little everyday will get results too. Just be patient with yourself.

ОтветитьMuch improved plank holds 35 secs and the plank jumping in and outs. I have to keep legs not v wide but I did it! Im over 55. It can be done. Good rest, take it slower...but strong. Increase reps as you get stronger.

ОтветитьOkay So i Just Started this exercise today And it Burned you got to really try maybe try a little extra just a bit but if you wanna go on this journey with me im doing it for a week bc it got so many good reviews And i love how shes So real she will stop take breaths during the exercise because some people might struggle like her and i appreciate that so much:D
