I recently watched the documentary Claydream and thought of you since you like animation history and Oscilloscope releases. Have you seen that one? About Will Vinton who founded claymation and the drama of his company that became rebranded as Laika. It was pretty fascinating.

The Feuillade set looks amazing but for those who can't find it or don't want to pay so much Masters of Cinema are releasing one of the films Fantomas later this month which has a six hour run time and with excellent art work.

They are family-oriented films ideal for viewing around the holidays, IMO. There are themes concerning war and death, so you might want to preview them. I just sent the "Persuasion" Blu to friends who loved it years ago after I lent a VHS tape to them- I think it's one of William Wyler's best; ditto Clarence Brown and "The Yearling."
