PA TAP is a 501(C)(4) organization whose membership comprises small businesses — including bars and restaurants — fraternal clubs, veterans’ groups, fire halls, and other social and charitable organizations. They all have a goal of earning revenue while providing places where people can go to enjoy themselves.

PA TAP was organized to help protect member businesses, fraternal clubs, fire halls and veterans’ organizations in these challenging times. PA TAP is unique from other organizations; our mission is to help members succeed financially through legislative efforts beneficial to their stability and growth.

We look out for our members’ best interests in Harrisburg. Here are our top priorities:

• Seeing legislation pass that further regulates and taxes the skill game industry
• Allowing restaurants and bars to sell “ready to drink” cocktails to go
• Providing bars and restaurants with greater discounts on spirits purchases
• Giving bars and restaurants more flexibility on beer purchasing
