A difficult conversation we need to have #shorts

I'm a Father of 3 disabled boys, and live in the disability community. SO many Autistic or Asperger's friends can be very Blunt, direct and insensitive, and on FB can come across like they are Trolling and to some extent mean. So now, if ever I get some sort of Troll comment on a thread from someone I don't know, instead of getting Mad or on a war rant reply...I just think of that person as being Mentally Handicapped, and reply as super nice and overly helpful that I can....because they may not actually be an Asshole Neurotypical person just stirring the pot...they may just be a naturally curious person who actually has a disability and through Words...their message can easily come across as offensive by being lost in translation from their disability. When someone comes with negativity and darkness towards you, be compassionate & empathetic. It's when you are able to do that, that things really get “going” for you 💜💜

Hi Gary, honest question here, do you not feel guilty working so much and missing out on family? I mean, I'm trying to juggle launching my business, the kids and missus, youngest is just turning 3 and when I'm working I feel guilty for not being there, I don't want to be like my dad where the only real memories I have is where hes working all the time, I understand why, but I want to balance both family and work, just struggling to do it, how do you handle that?

I’m tired of people immediately insulting the community if they ask questions or are frustrated with a team or project. It’s terrible in some NFT discord channels.

I always check out the community before I invest into anything no matter how good the projects seems. If the community is filled with the assholes Gary is describing I will not invest a penny in that project. People should remember the community is what makes a great project grow but it can also destroy a great project.
