Only thing I dont like sbout this build, is not having perma WOTB

You're actually getting a 78% damage buff vs elites with the set despite it saying 30% on each. They are multiplicative.

And if you're doing speed I'd run travellers and do like 130s. Run iron impact. And use a convention of the elements. Probably one shot the elite packs in a couple seconds.

Even for speeds, i feel inclined to point out that the ruthless passive is a multiplier, whereas brawler is additive. Because of the chain spreading effects of bastions revered and bloodshed, this helps vaporize large packs (mostly from massive bloodshed explosions enhanced by the ruthless passive)

Lols in S27, we go "Barb Smash!"
Now in S28, we go "Barb Slice!"

yeah, this build definitely moving from B tier to A tier this season👌The playstyle is always like dash dash chop chop. With buff at least it can play a bit and its a great potential boss killer & Although cant compare to other op classes.
By the way, the potion will be nerfed for sure, they are just discussing whether keep the power pylon or not. since its just that conduit pylon breaks the game.

Still the same BORING chop chop build.
