Our Updated Shinigami Part (EnZore/Scrumpy)

so, i updated my part since it was kinda empty. i change the pulse to orange and adding a little more detail like more themed gear.
i also made effect for Scrumpy part. which is the part after mine :)) *Hurricane flashback**
pretty cool ig. i didnt change any block design or anything, just adjusting some pulses and adding dragon, font at the end, and some random sun thing. theres another person that going to upgrade scrumpy part, hope he does well ;))
