Robert is so legit and such an inspiration. Maybe one day we will see you on the road. Thank you!!!
ОтветитьThese are the best videos Robert! Thank you so much for sharing. No matter what happens you seem to roll with the punches. My heart sank when you showed the driveway.
Ответитьcool stuff. why did u not take the motor home?
ОтветитьPut RV on an item raises the price 💯
ОтветитьLove the vids when is next one?
ОтветитьWhile the Interstate is efficient I would be more inclined to take US 41 and US 90. Safer and more scenic.Probably better in your Class C because of small towns.
ОтветитьGood video but too long. I watch a lot of content plus try to have a real life not in front of a screen. You can make six hour video if you want but as a fan hope you not going to be doing many shows over a hour.
ОтветитьMy favorite road-trip - I’ve driven it five times
ОтветитьGreat video Robert ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьI just watched you cook up that salmon. If you have any left over it makes a great omelette with cream cheese and scallions.
K from Tucson
Love all your videos Robert but you are definitely at your best “driving to the west”
ОтветитьSince they dont allow overnight in junction i know an amazing spot you can boondock at. Look up "fort Lancaster scenic overlook". Theres a few videos on here that show it. You have an amazing view looking out to the west. Its right by the Pecos river which in texas, once you cross the Pecos, you have truly entered "THE WEST"
ОтветитьGreat vlog Robert, we watched every minute as we plan to do that trip next year. However you forgot to answer the most Important questions of all…..did you leave the water pump on or not ? 😂
ОтветитьThere are two BBQ places in Junction that are better (IMHO) than Rudy's in Leon Springs:
Lum's and Cooper's.
Of those two, Lum's is better.
Thanks!
ОтветитьWhy aren’t you driving the Trend on this trip? Thought that was idea for a trip like this, Drive not Tow?
ОтветитьWhen you showed the Continental Divide sign it says Elevation 4,500 feet above sea level. Did you feel like you were 4,500 feet higher than your home In Miami Fla which is at sea level?
ОтветитьI drove this exact same route after buying my NEWMAR Kountry Star RV in Tampa and visiting my friend in North Port, FL where I used to live all the way to Eloy, AZ where I live now. I-10 is really dangerously bumpy from Baton Rouge, LA past New Orleans, LA coming west!
ОтветитьWow how time flies. I remember watching the '18 trip. 😮
Ответить👍welcome back to the west. there's no need to look fore in ether places only the west. he's the best. 😊
ОтветитьRobert Just Through You May Like To Know That Your Internet Will Start Having More Problems due To The Factor i just Read
That Starlink Satellites Are Falling Out Of The Sky. So Far As Of Today 6/10/2025 A Total Of 523 Have come Down. And They Are Saying
That More Will Fall Due To The Sun's Solar Cycle.
Do you use Harvest host for overnight stay?
ОтветитьLike others, I really enjoy your videos. Just spectacular vidoaugraphy. I just wish Ily would appear more often in the videos. Have a great day.
Kevin
Nice to see Texas again!!❤🤠🐄🐎
ОтветитьSir, the ones that you showed on the distant airport, I thought they were the marfa lights 🤣 Arent they the so called ST ELMOS FIRE 🤔
ОтветитьKeep up the great videos, Robert. Your music is great! I could probably hear Driving to the West a thousand times and not get tired of it!
ОтветитьI decided on the name of your new rig Bob.... it's Cuban and Fun:
Mojito Bandito!
Congrats on the awesome new name bro!
I like the drive from the Panhandle to Mississippi. It is so isolated but the road is so well maintained, at least it was last time I drove thru it.
ОтветитьRobert, you have a nice RV, I think you are having so many more extras on this rig! You mare the 4th owner of this rig, but I think the RV was taken care of! Robert, you will tell us how the trip goes my friend!
ОтветитьOK Robert, you better fill and grade your drive before you drive down it again and park! So much damage and cost you can do Robert! Get it Done my friend! Fill and grade that driveway..
ОтветитьSorry Robert, I thought you sold the Mini Wini!
ОтветитьOh, thanks for bringing back delicious memories....I ate at La Posta de Mesilla in 2021....yummy!
ОтветитьAwesome travel video Robert, you always make excellent video's and this one is at the top of the list. Love you cooking and your music is top notch!!!
ОтветитьOh the Jimmy Dean microwave bowls. Here is how to do it. 1. Jimmy Dean Biscut and Gravy Bowl microwaved on defrost for like 12 minutes.
1. Great Value frozen Sausage Patty. Cook that in a skillet. Then cook two eggs over easy. Ding! Microwave is done. Put the sausage patty on top of the biscuit and gravey and throw the eggs on top of it all. That is how to do it. You can only do this once a week though, or else you will need to see a cardiologist.
This trip you left on my birthday, Robert. Hopefully, soon, I can join you one of these days. Maybe a drive to the Grand Canyon...
ОтветитьIs it ok if I can make you a personalized pelicamp hat? I was thinking of using a material that has chameleon colors to it...
ОтветитьI always enjoy your videos, Robert. Well done and enjoy your new to you RV.
ОтветитьWe drove the opposite ......from Houston, Texas.....to Orlando, Florida......LOVE to drive and enjoy every time we have the opportunity to do it......L'Ya Houston, Hot Springs, Arkansas and Coushatta Casino at Louisiana......
Thanks to bring to my Memory that Road Trip......
Robert and Ily😊 It’s like I am with you both? Please 🙏🏽 fixed the driveway ASAP-ASAP 👻⚓️🇺🇸☘️😎
ОтветитьA lot of prep work when traveling For me it’s worth it 😊
ОтветитьGreat advice🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👻
ОтветитьNeat. I am starting a plan to do the same thing, except, no interstate, back roads on a motorcycle.
ОтветитьI've driven from CT Wy and back many times. That was years ago. My late wife's family has a cabin not far from the east gate of Yellowstone
