I can't even tell you how much this has helped me breaking old beliefs about myself. I feel so much stronger now and check in with my heart for decisions, putting me first, so I have an overflowing cup to fill others'. I'm two months post-partum and this is the first time I've meditated since being pregnant. I'm so happy that I found your video, I feel a million times better.

Due to PTSD I have had to sleep upright on the sofa with the lights and TV on for 7 years. Within a month of watching your videos I started feeling safe and relaxed enough to sleep in my bed with only a string of rice lights on. The frequencies put my body at ease and I feel like I have a friend keeping me safe. I am grateful beyond words. Thank you.

Just wanted to share my statement because this video means so much to me! I am experiencing so much stress. I have traumas that make it difficult to be alone, scared of not being able to support and care for myself. This video is turning things around for me. I meditated and cleansed my kids tonight with this sound. They are 4 & 8. Makes me feel so proud when they say mama can we go in the meditation room and meditate or mommy can I meditate. This was the first time I went really in with my 8 year old who has been speaking of su!c!de lately… I went In Really deep with her tonight. She said to me that after it was over she felt good, calm, happy , & excited! Even was falling asleep while sitting up straight meditating! Before going in she was all emotions but good. Seriously. She is sleeping so peacefully now ready for a great day tomorrow ✨❤️🦋

You are an angel of vibrational healing - I think this specific sound bath just seriously immediately changed my life. I had a significant flip immediately out of a very low pointless dark state when nothing else was working, and even a day later I’m being productive and feel an upbeat outlook. This made me decide I am finally today buying my own crystal bowl set which I’ve put off for years, to now combine with my herbal healing offering and new offering of cacao ceremonies. I am in a very bad place and my only escape is falling asleep to your videos. It relaxes me and takes my mind off of everything. <3

During this meditation I found an unworthiness wound come up and I sat with it. Eventually I understood that I am one with my desires, they come from me, hence I could never be unworthy of them.❤❤❤❤

It's been a year since I discovered you. Last summer I was in so much pain. My body was curled in a c stress (I now have a neck hump as evidence). I was filled with self-hate. Fell to that place through a poor diet and self-slandering.
I now don't have to listen to you 24/7 to feel some sort of alleviation to the pain. 🥳 Thank you. This one is one to revisit throughout the rest of my life. Happiness and self-love takes continuous work. I'ma hard worker so I'm down. Thank you soooo much for your aid!
