Best Foods merged with Lever Bros in the 1990’s to become Unilever and about eight years ago,Unilever merged with Mizcan,and put control of the condiment side of the business:Hellman’s,Ragu under Mizcan control. Hormel was already owned 60% by Mizcan hence Skippy Peanut butter being controlled by Hormel nowadays. This story all goes back to Unilever and Mizcan.
